What is a Modern Gentleman?

• We all have our own perception of what a gentleman is; but the valued meaning it once had before has slowly drifted away from it’s roots, it is tainted. We live in the times of the social network. The morals that were so tentatively followed are now aloof, gone to shit.

What does technology have to do with a man becoming a Gentleman?

• Everything. When was the last time, you had a knock on your door instead of a text saying “Hey, I’m outside”. As far as social skills- ladies I wouldn’t get my hopes up, the ‘hit ups’ you get on face book; “ayyee wussup bbby gurl wuzz yo name?” Will be the only social skills most men will be able to perform.

There’s no truth to the word gentleman if almost all men are hiding behind screens!

The Modern Gentleman

• This is a man who does not approach women in public asking for their Facebook before their number. This is a man. A man of morals, honesty, he is grateful, wise, humble, never boasts, never gossips, his path of righteousness does not follow his social status, but the behavior he shows. Respect comes naturally, and women are a 1st priority; moreover, he is an inch short of perfection.

Sadly, this cannot be given or taught - a man simply needs to want to become one, if he isn’t already.
